Ashes of the Singularity II · Tool bay
Tools for the first week
Useful before and after launch: a real countdown, a PC readiness checklist and a roster planner that refuses to invent numbers.
The tool bay
No decorative buttons.
Every interactive tool here does something concrete: counts down to the release window, totals your readiness against the published specifications, or produces a clean roster plan from confirmed units. Nothing is sent to a server, and none of the tools invent game values that have not been published.

Launch timer
A live countdown, local-time conversions and a calendar file for the confirmed November 10 release date.
PC readiness checklist
Compare your PC against the official minimum and recommended requirements, with storage headroom and a Steam Deck caveat.
Army roster builder
Organise confirmed units by faction and role, save a plan locally and copy it into your notes.
Release brief
The confirmed date, editions, prices, discount window and the uncertainty around the exact unlock hour.
Unit database
Filter every confirmed unit by faction and battlefield role, with a source-status label on each entry.
Map atlas
Named battlefields, confirmed environments and what procedural generation means for scouting.
Method
What these tools do — and do not do.
A tool is only useful if its limits are clear. These are not game simulations and they do not replace the in-game tooltips.
The PC checker does not detect hardware
It is a structured self-assessment against Stardock’s official minimum and recommended lists. It cannot tell you a frame rate, and no verified Ashes II benchmark was available before launch.
The army builder is not a combat calculator
It groups chosen units by role and produces a readable plan. Final costs, ranges and damage values are not public for every unit, so no hidden score is calculated.
The launch timer separates facts from estimates
The release date is official. The exact hour comes from SteamDB’s community-tracked listing and is labelled as an estimate. The calendar file uses the confirmed date, not the unconfirmed hour.
Tool policy
Tools work without an account. Any saved roster or checklist stays in your browser’s local storage. We do not ask for your hardware, email or game account. If a tool cannot work without JavaScript, the page says so and keeps its reference content readable.
