About this project
An independent field manual
A source-checked wiki for players who want to understand Ashes of the Singularity II, not just consume another feed of launch hype.
Why this exists
Large games deserve legible information.
Ashes of the Singularity II asks players to manage armies, regions, power, production and terrain across enormous maps. That creates real questions — but pre-release coverage often repeats the same press release and fills the gaps with confident-sounding guesses.
This site takes the opposite approach. We collect what the developer and publisher have actually shown, explain what it means in play, and label the line between an official fact and our own analysis. If a number is not public, we say so.
The project is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Stardock Entertainment or Oxide Games. Official images are used for editorial coverage with credit.

What we publish
Useful pages, not volume
Every page here has a clear job: explain a system, catalogue a confirmed unit, compare a faction, provide a working tool or record a source. We do not create empty pages to target keywords.
How we work
Official material first
Stardock and Oxide Games’ own announcements, videos, store page and press kit come first. Independent coverage is used only when it adds verifiable detail, and community-tracked data is labelled.
What we avoid
Invented certainty
No fake stats, player counts, reviews, quotes, release times or gameplay experience. No fabricated screenshots. No claims that a pre-release build is the final balance.
Editorial method
You should be able to check our work.
Each guide ends with a dated source list. Each unit dossier shows whether its information comes from a publisher reveal, an official video or a report based on official footage. The release countdown separates the confirmed date from the community-tracked unlock hour.
The project uses AI-assisted drafting, translation and development. That is disclosed because it is relevant to how the site is made. It does not make an AI output a source: every factual claim is tied to a named public source, and unsupported claims are removed.

If we are wrong, tell us.
Pre-release information changes quickly. If a unit role, date, price, requirement or source link is wrong, send the correction with a public source. We prefer a specific correction to a general complaint.
