Privacy policy

Summary

This is a static information site. There are no accounts, newsletters, comments, uploads or payment flows. The interactive tools store their settings in your browser’s local storage. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical request data for delivery and security.

At the time of publication, this site does not run analytics, advertising scripts or third-party tracking pixels. If that changes, this policy will be updated and any required consent mechanism will be deployed before those scripts are enabled.

What we do not collect

• No account registration or login.
• No email newsletter or contact form submission stored on this site.
• No game account credentials or platform IDs.
• No payment information.
• No uploaded files.

Local storage in your browser

The PC readiness checker saves your selected component bands and storage value. The army builder saves your selected faction, plan names, unit quantities and notes. This data is stored locally on your device using localStorage. It is not transmitted to this site or any server.

You can remove it at any time with the tool’s Reset/Clear button or by clearing site data in your browser. A successful reset is immediate for that browser profile.

Hosting and security logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, request headers, requested URL, user agent, approximate region and timestamps to deliver the site, protect it from abuse and maintain service reliability. This processing is governed by Cloudflare’s own privacy terms. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you.

If you send an email to the address below, your email provider and ours will process the message, your email address and any information you include. We use it to answer or investigate your message.

Cookies

At publication, the site does not set first-party advertising or analytics cookies. Local-storage entries are not cookies and are not sent with HTTP requests. If analytics or advertising is enabled in future, cookies or similar technologies may be used, and a consent banner will be configured where required.

Advertising & analytics

This project may use display advertising or privacy-respecting analytics to fund hosting and research. If display advertising is activated, an advertising partner may collect device and interaction data under its own policy; this policy will name the partner and the mechanism before activation. Advertising decisions will not influence editorial coverage.

We do not currently claim an advertising partnership. There are no ad slots loaded on the site at this time.

Third-party links

Pages link to Stardock, Steam, YouTube, SteamDB and other external sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their data processing. Official storefront and video links are provided for reference and attribution.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. Because this site does not maintain an account database, the practical route is to contact us with the details of your request. We will help where we can and direct hosting or email-related requests to the appropriate provider where necessary.

For GDPR-related questions, our contact address is below. For California residents, this site does not sell personal information as that term is commonly defined, and it does not currently share data with advertising partners.

Children

The site is intended for a general audience interested in video games. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If the site adds analytics, advertising, a newsletter or another data-processing feature, this policy will be updated before that feature is enabled. The effective date at the top will change when the substance changes.
