Mass with a purpose
UEF armies are designed to bring numbers to a fight. That does not mean throwing units away: infantry and armour are most useful when they cover each other and force the opponent to trade against a larger, replaceable formation.
Numbers, discipline and a beachhead on every front.

Faction dossier
The United Earth Forces are the new human faction in Ashes of the Singularity II and the faction players command in the single-player campaign. Where the Post-Human Coalition fields a small number of elite constructs and the Substrate relies on regenerating shields and drone swarms, the UEF answer is a conventional, combined-arms military backed by mass.
Stardock describes the UEF as outmatched unit for unit. Their edge is not a wonder weapon at the start: it is infantry, armour, artillery, aircraft and logistics working together. The campaign also gives the UEF a narrative reason to adopt and steal more advanced technology over time.

The roster includes infantry, main battle tanks, tank destroyers, artillery, anti-air and aircraft. Near-future versions of familiar military roles make the UEF the easiest faction to understand for players coming from grounded RTS games.
A UEF player who replaces losses faster than the opponent can win a war of attrition. Forward production, army replenishment and control of connected regions are central to making the numbers count.

How to play
A practical starting framework for United Earth Forces, based on confirmed mechanics and the faction’s stated design intent.
Use a front line that can absorb fire, longer-range units behind it and anti-air or escorts where enemy aircraft are expected. The official showcases group the UEF roster around exactly these battlefield jobs.
UEF infantry is unique among the three launch factions. Use it to establish presence, support armour and contest ground rather than expecting it to win every fight alone.
Armies reinforce from suitable production buildings, so a forward factory can shorten the trip to the front. That is a risk, but it is often a better risk than feeding a distant battle with a long travel time.
The UEF cannot out-tech the PHC in a straight quality race. Aim to make the enemy spend expensive cooldowns, expose a flank or lose a high-value unit for a replaceable formation.
Named platforms
The launch roster is larger than the units Stardock has revealed. This list tracks confirmed names and roles; absence from this page is not evidence that a unit will not appear at launch.

After the Post-Human Coalition converted the surface of the Moon into Turinium, public outrage pushed the major powers of Earth toward a common command. The United Earth Congress pooled the United States, China, Russia, the EU, Australia, Japan, Korea and others into the United Earth Forces.
The campaign casts the player as a UEF Commanding Officer fighting to reclaim territory, restore damaged worlds and bring the Post-Humans to justice. Stardock says the campaign is designed to teach the game’s systems as it tells that story.
